A:AnswerHi Frankie514! The ice maker on this model is actually built in to the frame of the refrigerator and only the ice bucket can be removed. However, if you do not wish to use the ice maker, you can turn it off using the ice maker button on the control panel. ^Jecca

A:AnswerYes, when my refrigerator was installed all of the bins were okay. If they were cracked of damaged, my wife would have had a fit. This unit works great, and I've had no problems.
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, Kale! The ice maker is not designed for manual filling. Additionally, if you are not connecting a water line to the refrigerator, the ice maker will need to be manually turned off using the control panel to prevent internal damage. ^Jecca
