Freezer is getting cold but fridge isn't null

I had the same issue with this model within 2 weeks of buying the fridge. I had a horrible customer service experience but I made Best Buy replace the refrigerator with a brand new one. All my groceries went to waste. The delivery guys said this is one of the worst model/brand and to make sure to get extended warranty.
