From setup manual: run 3 gallons of water through the system...this clears any air in the line which is the main cause of dripping. It’s weird there’s no drip tray but after running 3 big pitchers through I havent had any dripping issues.

When you crush ice it leaves a bit of "snow" in the delivery funnel, and when you go to get ice later, melted ice drips into the cup before the ice drops. I really like my Samsung, but they need to add a drip tray and do some other mods to stop this.
