• No it does not you will have to buy one if your cable box has an hdmi output you can connect the tv with that make sure you then put your tv on hdmi to see your videos Or cable box Hope this helps Cc communications inc

• It does not come with an HDMI cable. There are RCA outputs but you always get a better picture with an HDMI cable. Can also connect through Digital antenna.

• Mine did not come with an HDMI cable - did not need to use one to connect to cable box. I used a regular cable, but may try an HDMI cable to improve side picture quality.
