“My current Samsung 23", P2370HD, has been a real lemon. The set comes on and goes off, at will. I need to unplug it when I want it off, and it goes off by itself when I am watching something. No one could fix it. Will the sound work on this new model?”

Sounds like you got a real lemon. When electronics go bad they either do it right away or have a reasonable life. I think the sound is great on this model but it doesn't have Bluetooth, so it's WiFi, HDMI, Optical or RCA. I guess everything but Bluetooth. LOL
