As explained in the DMT400 user manual, cycle times can vary depending on which cycle and options are selected, as well as on the supplied water pressure and temperature. The longest estimated cycle time is 152 minutes for the Heavy cycle setting (see page 22 of the manual). If Sanitize is selected, it may take longer depending on your supplied water temperature, as well as pressure, since the dishwasher would need to heat the water to a minimum 140˚F for the main wash and 162˚F for the final sanitizing rinse. For best performance, the temperature of the supplied water should be 120˚F and the water pressure should be between 20 and 120 psi. If your cycle times are significantly longer than those indicated in the cycle chart, it's possible that your dishwasher is being supplied with cold water or your home's water heater is set lower than is recommended.
