I'm sorry to hear your glasses are not coming completely clean. There are a few things you can do to try to improve your results, though it's possible that the "film" is the result of changes to regulations on phosphates in dish detergents. To ensure the best performance of your DMT400, make sure the supplied water pressure is 20 to 120 psi, the temperature is set to 120°F on your home's water heater, and be sure to select an appropriate wash cycle. When loading the dishwasher, make sure the spray arms are not blocked from turning freely, and there is nothing obstructing the flow of water to the inside of the glasses. It may also be helpful to check the spray nozzles for debris that could obstruct the water flow.
