• Thanks for the question. The fan-assisted condensation drying system in the DMT800 dishwasher is very effective when installed and used correctly. Condensation drying relies on the residual heat on the dishes to help evaporate the water - rather than using additional energy to produce heat to dry the dishes, and the fans help to remove the moisture from the dishwasher cavity. It's important for the water and dishes to be very hot in order for the water to evaporate, and Samsung also recommends using a Rinse Aid for optimal performance. - Ms. Samsung
