• Yes, the DMT800 height is adjustable between 33-7/8" and 35-7/8". Your 35" cutout height is tall enough to accommodate the dishwasher whether you choose to use the top-mounting bracket or the side mounting screws. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

• Yes, the back legs can be adjusted after unit is in from the bottom of the front panel.
