• I would not recommend this. Most tablets and laptops require a significantly higher Wattage than cell phones. Yes it will charge but the long term effects are your cell phone battery will not be worth it

• Yes but it will be slower. These chargers are super fast. You can go from nothing to 100 in about an hour.

• You can charge it that way. A phone with standard USB-C to USB-A cable plugged into a computer will output 0.5Amps. So you'll get a much slower charge than plugging in your phone to a charger.
