A:AnswerThe refrigerator does not offer an accelerate ice button. The ice maker produces approximately 2 trays of ice every 3 hours. Thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena
A:AnswerHi MalloryRB! The lower section of the freezer door is not able to hold a bin, as the extra space is needed for the bottom drawer of the freezer. ^Jecca
A:AnswerExcellent questions, Kevin! Yes, this model does have a water filter that we recommend replacing about every 6 months depending on usage. This link (https://bit.ly/3uWCec2) has all you need to know and more about replacing the water filter. ^Jecca
A:AnswerProbably about as quiet as a fridge this size can be. I have a stand-up freezer in the same room and I literally can't hear this fridge at all over the hum of that (which isn't as loud as some other fridges) unless I have the door open. The button press beeps are pretty calm and not too loud as well.
A:AnswerHi there,
No, this model is not Hub or smartthing compatible.

A:AnswerDoors are 68" tall. Freezer door is 15 1/4" wide. Refrigerator door is 18 1/2" wide. There is a 2" space between the doors, so total width is 35 3/4".The depth of both doors is 3 3/4".
A:AnswerWe're here to help with this, L! This link (https://bit.ly/2XqHRme) can walk you through how to find the filter, as well as how to safely and easily replace the filter. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI'd like to help with this! Typically we allow 24-48 hours after installation for ice production to begin. This is to ensure the internal temperatures are low enough to keep the ice frozen. Also keep in mind that pressing the "Test" button resets the ice maker and can delay ice production up to 24 hours. If your ice maker is still not producing ice after the full 24 hours, I recommend following the steps in this link: https://bit.ly/31noLMS. ^Jecca
