“We just bought this fridge. Our only issue is that the filtered water is not coming out cold enough. We have played with/lowered the fridge/freezer temp to see if helps but the water is just "cold'ish." Any suggestions? (right now @ 0 and 34 degrees)”

Make sure you ran the cold water line to the unit and not hot. People have done this. Also check that the water line is not near your hot water line or something that produces heat. For example extra line under the fridge where it gets warm, a heating duct, or another kitchen appliance that puts off heat.
