- Answer The delivery personnel that delivered my Smsung had no problem Getting it through the door and up 15 stairs all without any scratches or damage to the walls or banister. I purchased my refrigerator from Best Buy.

- Answer I was not aware there was a class action. I had my ice maker die 3 times in the previous model. They refunded my money and I bought the newer model. The ice maker died after 4 months. I sure hope this one isn’t another lemon.
