Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I have the same model and it came with the refillable water pitcher. It should’ve been on left door facing you in the inside of fridge. If the model you have is equipped with the pitcher and it’s missing, there should be a gap where the pitcher should be. See photo attached

We are having a hard time getting it rescheduled and no proper help or our calls answered by the Best Buy appliance rep Grayson. We have to leave many calls before we get a response and we are getting frustrated.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The water pitcher sits on a shelf inside of the left-hand door. It needs to be activated. Once on, it will automatically fill with cold water every time you use it and return it to the shelf.
