• No I don't think you can rotate it 90 degrees, the stand it sits on is 4" to 5" tall, the screen is 27" wide, corner to corner.

• It can be configured in either standard landscape or portrait mode. Once configured in either position, it can only be tilted a few degrees (not rotated), however.
