“What now? Brand new Samsung machines on pedestals. Got the smallest bottle of soap they make and put it in the drawer. No pushing, no jamming...the drawer closed, no problem. Now the drawer won't open, as it seems that the bottle is too tall after all. Because the pedestal doesn't have an opening at the top, it would appear the only way I'm going to get this drawer open again is to take the machine off the pedestal and dislodge the bottle by turning the pedestal over sideways, hoping the bottle will fall over inside and allow the drawer to open again. Please tell me that you have a solution for this problem that makes more sense! This is incredibly aggravating.”
