“Can you use a flash drive in the usb port to watch movies I just wanted to know if you can use the usb port with a flash drive that has movies recorded on it to play on this TV. I know that some of them are just for jpeg and still pictures and firmware updates. Would like to know before I buy.”

• Yes you can. Certain formats . DIVX, MPEG4, H.264, MOTION JPEG, WINDOW MEDIA VIDEO, MPEG2, MPEG1, .avi, .mov, and some others

• I am not absolutely positive, but I know the salesperson we talked to said it does not have the driver necessary to work with a USB DVD external drive so I assume video would not work with a flash drive either. He said it does work with still photos; we have not tried that yet.
