“Does anyone know the internal dimensions of the refrigerator and/or flexzone? I see they're 18.9 cu/f and 3.82 cu/f but I'm looking for width and depth (w" x d"). I.E., can I fit a sheet cake in it, etc?”

You should easily fit a full sheet cake in it. At it's shallowest area on the shelves you have 32.75" wide by 17" deep. The center back area is slightly rounded inward losing maybe an inch or so in the center of the back which is why I say "at it's shallowest". It's pretty good sized and the shelves are all adjustable so height should not be an issue either.
