This monitor only has a 60hz refresh rate and with the 3080, it will push some games above that so just a heads up. I would not worry about G-Sync on a 60hz monitor with the 3080. If you have a bigger budget, I would look into a 4K 120hz or 4K 144hz monitor personally, and it will have less input lag.
