• Yes, it works make sure the displayport to HDMI cable is 4K for better results.

• It can support 60hz from HDMI if your graphics card HDMI output is HDMI 2.0. I believe a lot of HDMI outputs are 1.4, so I do not think those will support 4k at 60Hz. I believe DisplayPort 1.2 will support 4K res at 60Hz.

• I'm only using the HDMI as they took off the VGA port off the monitors. So I bought from Best Buy a USB HDMI port as my Lenovo desktop does not have the DP port. I was hoping to have the VGA port on the monitors and the DP port on the Lenovo. With the HDMI from the USB, I only get 1K but with the HDMI from the desktop I get 4K. Anyone have any suggestions?
