“I bought this sounder, it has great sound at the bar! But what I'm noticing is the sub is not very loud, I even have it full blast at +6. I've had other soundbar combos & have always felt/heard the base at a low volume level...is this normal?”

Hi ReeRee - The HW-Q70T subwoofer is responsible for low frequency sounds, like the rumbles of an explosion in an action movie or the bass guitar and drum in your favorite music. It adds rich bass tones and deepens the sound quality you hear, but since the subwoofer only plays low tones, it will be silent when low frequency sounds are not in use.
