“I have a HW Q70R the sound will momentarly drop out. I can overcome this problem by rebooting the device by unplugging the power. Is this equipment failure”

i have aq70 t 2020 and i have a problem of cutting out using optical and bluetooth but not hdmi arc , and there is a delay in sound when starting videos on youtube and delay in sound when switching from channel to channel i have to wait for the sound. this is my second unit and both had the same flaws. so the q70t needs a firmware update to correct the two problems
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the exact same problem. Powering the sound bar off/on will correct it. Samsung "tech support" says it is a defective HDMI cable (which makes zero sense). They promised to send me a new cable but never did.
