No, this USB cable will not fit into the port on your Samsung Galaxy S6 phone. Your S6 requires the "regular" micro USB cable that nearly all of our phones & wireles devices use. Btw, as an alternative to using a USB cable, you can use bluetooth instead if your car has bluetooth. OR, you can purchase an aux cable wire with pin jacks on both ends IF your car has an aux input hole for such cables. That cable-wire would go from the pin jack port on your car's dashboard to your phone's headset pin-jack. (or your mp3 player's pin-jack hole, etc) Those aux pin-jack cables are available in 3 and 6 foot lengths at Best Buy & in many other stores that carry electronic goods.
