“What I can and cannot do from the smartthings app? I just got it delivered. am only able to monitor, cannot control any burners, cannot power on/off.”

The only thing that it does is monitor the burner levels (you cannot adjust them) and use the kitchen timer

Functions that can be operated from the SmartThings app may not work smoothly if communication conditions are poor or the product is installed in a place with a weak WiFi signal.
