- Answer There is no air-fry basket required. Just place your food on a sheet pan or pan with a wire rack and select AirFry, temp and start.

- Answer I think they forgot to put it in the specifications. We noticed the same thing but it came with the griddle :) FYI, the griddle cooks really slow. We’ll probably use it for a warmer.

QuestionHow long is preheat to 350 degrees?

- Answer Technically it says there is no preheat however it still takes the oven time to reach the desired cooking time so with that being said, it’s literally a couple of minutes but you can put your food in right away without waiting. It’s definitely a shorter period of time then waiting for a regular gas stove to preheat to the desired temperature.

- Answer I'm so glad you asked, Traci! According to page 23 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3tjsQ1I) the oven does automatically adjust the temperature for convection baking. ^Jecca

QuestionThis is my first gas range. Sorry if I sound like an idiot. Because this has Air fryer and convection oven does that mean the oven is not gas? Is the oven electric and stove gas? Does oven use gas also? Do I need additional electric wiring?

- Answer The oven is gas as well. The all that convection means is there is a fan in the back to make air move. I actually dont know the difference between the air fry and convection bake settings, as in the cooking industry theyre basically the same thing.

QuestionCan the handles or door and drawer be removed in order to get the range through a narrow archway?

- Answer The door can be removed. Instructions are in the manual. To get it through a narrow stairway I needed to remove both the door and the burner control knobs. With the burner control knobs removed the stems still protrude , but it does buy you some clearance.

- Answer I don’t know why, but now days new stoves do not include broiler pans (which I think you are referring to?). It has been quite a while since they have been included with any new stoves, so be sure to keep the one you have from the stove you are replacing.

- Answer Thanks so much for asking, m! Yes, this model does have a clock display located in the center of the control panel. It is important to note that if you are using a timer function, the clock display will show the remaining time on the timer instead of the current time. ^Jecca

QuestionHow wide is the griddle? What's the widest thing that I can cook on it? Looking at frozen scallion pancakes or tortillas for example .. can it handle that or will it be too large?

QuestionHi I’m not sure if I’m missing something but how do I use the timer? I have tried everything and it only has worked once. Also after I set the timer can you edit it? Because I couldn’t figure that out. Thanks!

- Answer I'm happy to help with this! First, it is important to note that while you can set the kitchen timer when most cooking modes are operating, you cannot set or change the timer if a time based function is operating (Time Bake, for example). According to page 26 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3mge8qP) the steps to set the timer are as follows: 1. Tap the "Timer (off 3 sec)" button. (Holding this button down for more than 3 seconds disables the timer function.) 2. Enter the time using the number pad. 3. Press START/SET to start the timer. When the set time elapses, the oven will beep and display the “End” message. Press OFF/CLEAR to delete the message. ^Jecca

- Answer The black is a dust magnet. We have central air/heat. Dust it off every few days, not an issue. With either finish, you have to be carful not to scratch it up when cleaning up a stubborn spill.

- Answer Hi, Annie. This one is a convection and not a true convection oven. I've owned this one for a couple months and love it. If you go to Samsung's website, you can go to the freestanding ranges and it will allow you to filter to show only the true convection ovens. When I looked a couple months ago, there were 4 models and they ranged in price from $200-$400 more than this one. They also have a slightly smaller oven capacity at 5.8 vs 6.0. Hope this helps!
