“Is anyone else have a duct cover that’s white?? We ordered stainless steel and the duct cover is white but the hood is stainless steel. It looks terrible!”

• are you sure that the white just isn't a plastic coating that you can take off?

• Yes we thought it was stainless steel because that is what we ordered. But it’s not, it’s white. Who can I contact about this?
