“Can I use this oven in Japan where the electricity is 110v? I have used a gas oven in Japan for the last 20 years with no problem, but want to check the electricity will be compatible. I understand I may not be able to use the timer but can the oven function independent of the timer?”

The oven and burners use a spark to light them so I think the electricity is needed.
