A:AnswerVent is on the bottom of the oven. My oven is over a small drawer, so roughly 16" off the floor. I can feel the warm air where it comes out on the bottom.
A:AnswerSue, thank you for informing us that your steam bake or roast releases no steam. We are here to help.
We recommend checking that the water reservoir is latched correctly if steam is not released. You can also adjust the steam to (LO, MED, and High)

Yes, it will create a noise, but it is normal.
While in use, a convection fan may automatically turn on and off, creating fan noise. This is not a system failure but normal operation.
