It requires 240 volt 30 amp circuit. This is in the PDF from the manufacturer. I found it by scrolling down.

You could have simply answered as follows: you need a 208 -240 volt connection. Here is the information I copied from the link supplied: "Before you make the electrical connection: To properly install your cooktop, you must determine the type of electrical connection you will be using and follow the instructions provided for it here. • A 3-wire or 4-wire, single phase, 208 or 240 volt AC, 60-Hz, power supply is required on a dedicated double pole circuit breaker of at least 40 amps for the 30” cooktop, and of at least 45 amps for the 36” cooktop."

I bought this unit thinking it was 120v because when i looked at the specs it didn't say anything about 240 so when it arrived with a whip of three cables and no plug I knew I was in trouble. My range is about 20m from my breaker box and the electricians I had give me estimates wanted over $3k to install it. Luckily, he told me everything I needed to install it myself. You need 8 or 6 AWG, two pole (8/2 or 6/2), the right breaker, and a hard box on the range side to make the connection. I was lucky that I didn't need any conduit to pass inspection, so I was able to do it for about $350, including a new tool. I feel like the electricians may have been gouging me a little, but it was two separate ones. If you're not comfortable doing your own electrical work, I'd recommend getting quotes before you purchase.
