• Yes, thats how I placed my sound bar but not sun woofer.

• Mike, We don't recommend mounting the audio bar to the top of your TV, but you can mount it to the wall - and the wall mount and brackets are included in the box to do just that. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. S
