“Water Dispenser Is the water/ice dispenser on this model the same as the single arm on model RFG297? The picture shown here shows it as a single arm, but the model on the showroom floor has a split arm for ice and water. Please advise. Thanks!”

Thanks for the question. The RF323TEDBWW actually has a 2-layered lever: one for ice and one for water. Please refer to the attached illustration from page 15 of the user manual for clarification. - Ms. Samsung
