• Yes but u won't need converter it has it already you just need an antenna

• For Over the Air broadcast Tv stations all you need is an antenna. I'm using a pair of 1970s rabbit ears on my TV and picking up dozens of stations here in the SF Bay Area. Obviously, if you're in a weaker signal area, or miles from the local station, you will need a more robust antenna than what I have.
