• It may be an issue with your HDMI cord.

• Check your HDMI cables. Better cables are actually directional so look to see if you them installed the right way. (The flow arrow should point to the TV). Also, set either device to a lower resolution and see if the problem persists.

• It's very possible the device you are showing your display on can't handle the resolution of the blue ray player. You may also need a higher quality HDMI cable.
