• Yes, you can definitely get the Spectrum app. As far as Peacock I'm not sure but don't see why you can't.

• Not sure about Spectrum cable. I have Verizon. There is a cable hook-up and HDMI on the back for a cable box. There is a Peacock app that shows up as one of the apps on the Samsung home screen.
