This will work with a pair of wireless headphones only if the headphone transmitter (that comes with the headphones) has a Toslink optical audio input. The TV has no analog audio output. However, it will work with analog wireless headphones if you add a digital to analog converter, and necessary interconnecting cables. Best Buy has the parts you'll need, or you can search for "optical to analog converter", or "Toslink to analog converter" online. Look for one that includes a power supply for the converter, and a Toslink cable. The headphones should come with an analog cable to connect the converter to the headphones, but when buying the headphones, check to be sure.
