“I just got this TV and do not like the remote, can I purchase a replacement? Also, how do you turn up/ down the volume? The directions do not make sense. When I pres the "+" button it mutes the TV.”

• Sammie24 - Below the Back button and above the Netflix hotkey, you'll see a thin rocker button with (+) on the top and (-) below; simply push up on this button to increase, and down to decrease volume.
