“The Frame 32" says the height without stand is 16.5"---does that include the removable frame being on the TV? I have a space that has exactly 17" height so 16.5 will work, provided this includes the frame being included in the measurement”

Dave - The Frame TV comes with a black frame, which cannot be removed and is included in the height measurement (16.5"). This measurement does not account for an additional Customizable Bezel, which is sold separately. ^Gina

The FRAME has a very small plate that is first mounted to your wall a very small hole is then cut to run a single power cord through wall to smart box and the FRAME simply snaps into place ,flat ,flush up tight against wall .no swiveling or tilting for viewing it is to be mounted flat, flush where ever you decide......!
