This model has built in speakers, but I haven't tried them out yet. If you want more power, then buy a sound system. I'm assuming that you have a computer with a head phone jack output. There are plenty of quality speaker systems with a subwoofer in the $20 to $30 range, Surround sound would cost more. Happy shopping.
