  • QuestionHello - I have had my Samsung electric cooktop nz36k7570R for about 3 years and it has worked great....until now. It will not power up at all. We have flipped the breaker and the power cords look in-tact. What is our next Troubleshooting step?

  • QuestionNeeding to know if the plug is 3 or 4 wires, is it a plug or must be hardwired to junction box

    • Answer My unit was hardwired to a junction box and was the recommended installation. Be aware of the electrical requirements. I needed to upgrade from a 30amp to a 50amp circuit breaker. As such, I needed to verify my wiring to make sure it was the proper gauge.
