“The problem I am having is that the lights are very DIm. How can I turn up the light to find Hi LO or Mediam? it horrible”

• the blue light is fine , it is the Low med and high I cannot see. it does not light up.

However, the light itself cannot be adjusted, and the heat level markings (Hi, Lo, and Medium) are not illuminated. This is why you're expected to use the appliance in a well-lit area, as the knob lighting isn’t intended to clearly show the setting in low light.
