There are 2 lights-one in frig and one in freezer. Both are at the top of the unit in the main storage areas. Bright lights and able to see even at the bottom. Have had this frig almost a month now. I rated it as just ok, but not because of lighting.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes they are . We just purchased this model last month . The ice maker is kinda slow to fill the bin to have enough ice for a family of 4. It appears to make only 8 cubes of ice at a time. And the cubes are smaller than our other Samsung fridge.
