“Is the icemaker removable? I do not need the icemaker and would like to make more space in the freezer. I saw another response by Samsung that says it is removable, but the response and the manual do not discuss how to remove it.”

Hello RandyB, This refrigerator model has a built-in ice maker that cannot be removed. Placing food in the ice bucket space is also not recommended because doing so could damage the ice maker. The freezer basket can be removed. Please refer to pages 73-74 of the manual link below for instructions.
