A:AnswerShort answer: Yes
Long answer: The top glass shelf has some weight, so use two hands, removing items from the shelf will help. The shelf is capable of moving forward and back by raising its rear out of its indentations at the back of the shelf supports at each end. (The supports run front to back along the sides of the refrigerator.) The middle shelf, which is spilt in half, allows one front half to slide under its rear half by tilting the front shelfs rear down and under. Truely, not as complicated as it sounds.

A:AnswerMost definitely- there are two options to turn off of the ice maker. From the inside of the fridge and you can use the SmartThings app as well!
A:AnswerDisconnect the line water for 24 hrs, and clean up the ice qubo machine, after that re install and be sure the filter is working or new, lived in the right temperature to do ice.
A:AnswerHi John,
Thank you for the response. I have a Samsung dishwasher which is "Black Stainless Steel". Is this "Matte Black" same as Samsung's "Black Stainless Steel"?
A:AnswerHi Clowery,
Yes, the refrigerator needs to be connected to a water line for it to make ice.
Please see the "Connect the water dispenser line" section of the user's manual, page 37, 2nd paragraph, for reference.
