How do I get water pitcher to fill up? null

The pitcher should fill up when you turn on the beverage center. My installer did not turn it on and had locked the settings so I had to unlock them before I could turn on the center. Hope thus helps. If not, call Best Buy.

The pitcher will fill up automatically every time you put it back in the refrigerator.
