“Okay, two questions. Can I plug a Xbox into one port and a pc into the other and switch between the 2 (like the input on a tv)? And can I connect it to Bluetooth speakers(or would I have to connect the speakers through the pc)?”

It does not have speakers internal. and It will switch from one to another but using the VGA connection looks really bad. I would get a HDMI split first.
