• Yes, the monitor will work. The MacBook Pro 16 has Thunderbolt 3 digital video output. You will need an adapter to connect to the monitor. I would recommend Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI (sold separately). BestBuy sells a selection of them. The one I use is the j5create - USB Type-C to HDMI External Video Adapter with Power Delivery - White Model:JCA379 SKU:5930600.
