• I had the same question and looked it up on line. It is adjustable, it is just stiff. Grab it in the middle of the frame on the top and the bottom and slowly apply pressure in the direction that you want it to adjust. I held the bottom pedestal down with the back of my bottom hand to prevent tipping. That is all there is to it.
