“Does the machine needs cycle breaks? I just got my WA400 and I washed 3 loads clothes one after the other and the machine worked fine. When I pushed the power button for the 4th load nothing happened it would not turn on. Roughly 45 minutes later it worked fine. Today same thing happened. Is this normal?”

Thanks for the question. The WA400PJHDWR should not require a "break" between cycles. I would suggest checking to make sure the door is closed, then press the button firmly to start. If the issue persists, try cycling the power by unplugging the washer for a few minutes or turning the circuit breaker off then on again. I hope this helps resolve the issue for you. - Ms. Samsung
