I know this washers water level is based on weight but I've noticed my diapers not coming clean. This is not a laundry soap issue. Is there a way for me to manually adjust water levels? Or a way to trick the machine into adding more water?”

You cannot adjust the water level. This is the so called energy/water saving feature. I read that some people pause it and put a couple of bucket loads of water in. I tried that and it just drained right out the bottom. Why make a water saving machine if it cannot even clean the clothes. My machine is 7 months old and I hate it!
