Samsung Washers may add water to the tub prior to the spin cycle running in an effort to shift items around to balance the load. If you find that the drum is actually filling multiple times, I would suggest calling 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help determine whether service is necessary.
